Gabe Whitley supports appointing a federal prosecutor to help investigate and handle the recent spike in crimes happening in Indianapolis. Indianapolis has seen a large increase in crime, homicide, burglary and etc. Marion county prosecutor will not uphold the law so now it is time to bring federal assistance. Mr. Whitley also wants the federal prosecutor to investigate the Marion County prosecutors office to see why they are not solving crimes.
Gabe Whitley supports legislation to hold Women accountable for lying about sexual assault, who the biological father is, and end alimony/child support.
Men rights are being stripped away from the Feminist movement that has demonized men’s actions in the name of equality. For far to long Men have been imprisoned for false accusations about sexual assault, child support and alimony.
I believe that we should be ourselves without being afraid of the radical feminazi’s. This will not take away women’s rights. This will hold women accountable who lie, cheat and use their ex husband as a pay check.
This legislation is to not to discredit or suppress women. Gabe Whitley was raised by a single mother who was the definition of an independent woman. We men will always support Women rights, but we simply just want to hold the bad apples accountable.
For far too long Hoosiers in the Indianapolis area, have been financially struggling with the flooding problem with their houses. It is critical that your U.S. House of Representatives works to bring in federal funding to ease the financial burden and fix the flood crisis that has been happening here in Indianapolis for over 100 years. Hoosiers should not be stuck with the bill while our politicians continue to bank on the suffering.

Mr. Whitley believes unions are better than no unions because the workers are the back bone of the company, economy and the working class.
For far to long Amazon has used Third Party laws to prohibit Amazon Drivers from unionizing. It is time to take federal action and deem any third party employees as “joint employees”. When we pass legislation under Federal Law for joint employees it will allow them to unionize and prohibit any company from hiding behind dsp’s or third party employees.
While Gabe Whitley is Pro Life he believes in NOT punishing or imprisoning ANY women for getting an abortion. Gabe Whitley was adopted and will always be Pro Life but won’t infringe on people’s medical freedoms.
